All of our employees are fully trained in proper fall protection and safety protocol to be in accordance with CSABC StarCOR and WorkSafe BC Standards. We have a “zero” tolerance policy for unsafe acts and our safety officers perform daily spot checks on our crews to ensure all proper safety protocol is being followed. Our goal is to keep all of our workers and the public safe while we work.
Security Checks for Employees
Our employees must pass an RCMP security test to work on Government facilities. We also understand that some buildings require additional security and special protocols. At Design Roofing, we take those very seriously and ensure all of our technicians attending your site are fully cleared and instructed in proper protocols to ensure the smooth completion of all roofing work.
Real Time Progress and Completion Reports Keep You In the Loop
We believe in honesty and transparency. This is why we started providing all of our customers with real time photographic reports so they can see for themselves all the work that was completed on their roof. We will show before, during and after photos along with detailed descriptions of all work completed. If it is an emergency leak call, you will have your report within 24 hours outlining the issues and any temporary repairs completed. If other trades are required we will notify you as soon as possible to allow you to contact the appropriate trade and save you time and money.
24 Hour Emergency Services
No matter what time you call you will be speaking to an actual person. Our dedicated staff is standing by to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With our large fleet, we will have a service crew on your site within 4 hours and a full detailed report will follow within 24 hours.
Red Seal Certified Foremen
All of our Foremen have completed the Red Seal Certification program from the RCABC (Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia). We pair this with our In- House training program to ensure all our employees are up to date on current roofing standards and technology.
In House Fabrication
Our large on-site metal fabrication shop is able to produce custom metal for all of our jobs. What this means is your job will not get delayed due to wait times on shipping or fabrication from an outside vendor. From custom metal panels and flashings to custom vents and metal solutions, we do it all and pass along the time and money savings to you.
