Design Project Management provides expertise in commercial construction project management and special projects. Design Project Management specializes in building upgrades including seismic upgrades and structural upgrades, building envelope improvements and repairs, and various other special projects.
Our management team is ready and able to manage projects of all sizes relating to the roof area and to the building envelope. Design Project Management will liaise with owners, architects, and/or building engineers to ensure successful execution of the project at hand.
In addition, Design Project Management is able to perform small scale special projects for building owners, including skylight installations, roof area modifications, building envelope modifications, and green roof system construction.
